HJKessler Associates led the sustainable design process for this 100,000 square foot elementary school which is the first Chicago elementary school to achieve LEED for Schools Gold certification.  HJKessler Associates was also the LEED consultant for Avondale, Calmeca Academy and Brighton Park II elementary schools, which are based on this prototype, and achieved LEED Gold.
