Completed Fall 2009 HJKessler Associates was the LEED consultant for this new 140,000 square foot Northwestern University laboratory facility.  Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership was the design architect.  This was the first Northwestern University project to achieve LEED Gold certification.
