Completed: December 2006 and December 2009

HJKessler Associates was the sustainable design consultant and led the LEED process, working closely with the owner and entire design team.  The 250,000 square foot headquarters was certified LEED Platinum under the LEED for Commercial Interiors Rating System.  The project is located in an existing building in Chicago’s Loop.  In 2009, HJKessler Associates led the LEED process on an additional 25,000 square foot floor, which also achieved LEED Platinum.
