O’Hare International Consolidated Rental Car Facility and Parking Garage

Anticipated Completion: est. 2017

HJKessler Associates was the sustainable design consultant for this 3 to 4 million sf project which will consolidate all rental car facilities in one location, add thousands of parking spaces and include a new stop for the Airport Transport System.  The project was designed to achieve LEED Gold and four airplanes under the Sustainable Airport Manual (SAM).
